Challenge
hanni is a DTC beauty and personal care brand. They were managing all email marketing efforts in-house but lacked the knowledge and skill to properly execute and optimize for revenue. Additionally, they were struggling to create consistent relevant campaigns, due to only having one product at the time.
Solution
The Greenhouse partnered with hanni to completely overhaul their existing email program. We built over 15 email flows that were designed to convert new customers and promote repeat purchases, we implemented a weekly newsletter along with relevant product pushes to customers, and we focused on increasing list growth to continue to drive new leads and ultimately increase email revenue.
