Challenge
Bohemian is a DTC Lifestyle Boutique that sells both online and in a retail location. They specialize in offering sustainable and ethical products for moms and children. Before joining forces with The Greenhouse, they had worked with other agencies who created standard templates and launched platforms that did not help conversions. They were also managing email campaigns in house with little knowledge of segmenting which led to a drop in email conversions.
Solution
Bohemian Mama partnered with The Greenhouse to help them increase their email campaign revenue and switch SMS platforms. We started with building out new segments and adding customer tags to split up the audience based on interests and RFM data. We then built an interest based campaign strategy that targeted customers with only the products/messaging that was related to their interests, leading to some great results.
